Pilates Group Reformer (60 minutes)
Build flexibility and strength through utilizing our Balanced Body Reformer in a small class setting. With a class maximum of 4 clients, you will gain a deeper understanding of your practice and the reformer in a more personalized setting.
Group Combo Pilates/Mixed Equipment (60 minutes)
Our pilates combo classes are perfect for those who are looking for a classic pilates session with a splash of cardio and extra strength training. Clients will spend 30 minutes on the reformer and then 30 minutes off, doing various exercises to improve strength and endurance. Props off the mat may include our TRX suspension system, a pilates circle, bands, ankle weights, and pilates mat work. This class holds a maximum of 8 clients.
Pilates/Spin Combo (60 minutes)
This combo class is designed to provide a high-energy, cardio workout to start your day. After 30 minutes on our athletic reformer, you’ll amp up your heart rate through 30 minutes on our spin bikes. Combining both muscular structure and cardio, this our more intense, athletic class and holds a maximum of 8 clients.
Pilates/Jump Board Combo (60 minutes)
This class is suited for someone looking for a more Pilates-centric combination class with an extra boost of strength training. Clients begin with 30 minutes on the pilates reformer while utilizing the jump board, and then finish with 30 minutes using various props. Other equipment used during this session my include our TRX suspension system, a pilates circle, ankle weights, and pilates mat work. This session holds a maximum of 8 clients.
